Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids in Amsterdam

Welcome to BJJ Kids Jiu-Jitsu Amsterdam! Our BJJ kids Amsterdam programme is the perfect way for your child to build fitness, skills and perseverance, while having a ton of fun, making friends and learning to defend themselves.

BJJ Kids Amsterdam is run by a friendly and enthusiastic team. Raoul Hiwat's school is affiliated with the Rickson Gracie International Jiu-Jitsu Association.

Every Saturday at 10:00 we offer a dedicated kids class for children aged 6 to 8. This is followed by a class from 11:00 to 12:00 for children aged 9 to 14. Whether your child is outgoing and energetic or shy and timid, they'll learn to interact respectfully with each other in a positive and safe environment.

During these classes they learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in an accessible and fun way.
